HUNGEXPO F1 Entrance, Hungary

Location: Budapest, Hungary
Architects: Péter Dóczé and Mária Magyar from Finta Studio.

This building features a unique form. It allows visitors to enter two separate exhibitions on the expo side. The design of this fluid-shaped structure and cladding was a challenging engineering task, but thanks to precise BIM planning, it looks stunning.

KISTEFOS Museum, Norway

Location: Jevnaker, Norway
Architect: Bjarke Ingels Group, BIG

The building spans the river as a twisted geometry bridge, for which we designed, manufactured, and constructed a unique sheet deck. Each panel of the twisted section was modeled as an individual, standalone piece, and the analysis of the space between the steel structure and the cladding had to go beyond the BIM design frameworks.

Koge Nord Railway Station, Denmark

Location: Koge, Denmark
Architects: KOGE: COBE + DISSING WEITLING

The new railway station spans over an eight-lane highway and a three-track railway. The elliptical tube curves and runs 225 meters long. For this unique station, we designed a metal sheet cladding.

Ashgabat International Airport - Public Terminal

Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Architect: Polimeks

The building’s upper surface was covered with 18,657 square meters of aluminum panels, while the lower surface was clad with 3,013 square meters. The building features a bullnose section clad with gold-colored panels over 8,969 square meters. The challenge of the project was to prepare and produce the manufacturing drawings for panels of various sizes and shapes. Our task also included designing and executing the design lines for the PTB terminal section leading to the passenger bridges.

Ashgabat International Airport - VIP terminal

Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Architect: Polimeks

The terminal building is bird-shaped, and at the client's request, it is clad with rectangular and doubly curved ALU panels, each installed on a standing seam metal roof equipped with a RIB-ROOF waterproofing system. The building's upper wing is covered with 7,520 square meters of aluminum panels, while the lower cladding covers 1,920 square meters.

Main Stadium – Akhal-Teke horse head, Turkmenistan

Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Main Stadium – Akhal-Teke Horse Head, Turkmenistan

The Akhal-Teke horse is a national symbol of Turkmenistan, and this magnificent creature served as the symbol of the 2017 Asian Games held in Ashgabat. The horse's form is covered by 1,300 individually designed and manufactured rectangular panels. The system was specifically developed for this structure.

This was one of the most challenging structures we have ever worked on, as the 200-ton horse sits on a cantilevered structure. Since its completion, the horse's head has been in place. Installing the panels onto the structure was incredibly difficult, but in the end, the panel alignment and gaps were satisfactory to both the contractor and the client.

VTB Dinamo Stadium, Russia

Location: Moscow, Russia
Architect: MANICA Architecture

The VTB Arena Park and Entertainment Complex was a unique project. This magnificent, multi-purpose stadium is home to both the Dynamo Moscow football and ice hockey teams. The playing fields for both sports are under one roof. We designed the roof, were responsible for the 3D development and manufacturing design, and played a significant role in the construction.

DAC Stadion/MOL Arena

Location: Dunajská Streda, Slovakia

The uniqueness of the building lies in its custom "BARCODE" patterned facade, where transparency is enhanced by perforated facade panels, giving it an airy feel. After visualizing the architectural concept, the task was to develop the details and manufacturing drawings. The building is characterized by the use of various materials, from the meticulously detailed fence cladding to the translucent grandstand canopy.

Royal Commission Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Location: Saudi Arabia

The surface without adjustable profiles was unsuitable for installing a RIB-ROOF system. Therefore, the surface was measured with a Leica s910 device and compared to the original model. It was found that the surface differed by about 200 mm. We developed a special tool and structure to track and maintain the surface height. According to design requirements, we attached the design line to the zinc surface and then placed the RIB-ROOF steel design elements on top. To achieve this, we increased the density of adjustable profiles under the connection points.
